A Seed Reading does not require a perfectly formed question. It is not about asking the “right” thing or finding the “right” words.
Before you request your reading, take a moment to pause. Feel into what is most alive in you right now. It could be a feeling, a question, a subtle pull, an energy in your body.
You might simply ask, What do I most need to hear right now? or What wants to be named?
