Wayfinding for Helpers, Healers, & Horizon Keepers
Wayfinding for those who guide others.
Tools and gatherings for coaches, therapists, social workers, and facilitators who hold space for people in transition.
You’re the people who listen for a living.
The ones who ask questions that open new ground, who accompany others through uncertainty, loss, and becoming.
You may be a coach, therapist, facilitator, spiritual director, grief counselor, or guide, but at the heart of it, you hold space for transitions and transformation.
Wayfinding offers both personal renewal and new, creative ways to facilitate conversations and deepen transformative work.
How the Deck Can Help
The Wayfinding Deck is not a diagnostic tool.
It’s a framework for reflection—a language of seasons, fears, waypoints, and inner allies that helps people locate themselves within change. It can be used for journaling, conversations, artistic expression, and experimenting with new ways forward.
In practice, the deck can:
Bring a shared visual and emotional language into coaching or therapy conversations.
Help clients name what’s shifting when words are hard to find.
Offer structure for transition work—beginnings, endings, thresholds.
Act as prompts for letter-writing, journaling, art-making, and storytelling.
Support your own personal practice of journaling and reflection.
I’m offering online gatherings for your own self-renewal and to practice using the Wayfinding Deck and wayfinding practices to help you work with people in transition. Learn more below.

Wayfinding for Helpers, Healers & Horizon Keepers
A renewal circle for those who hold others during transition and transformation.
February 1, 2026|3:00-4:30 p.m. ET
This 90-minute gathering is a restorative pause for coaches, therapists, facilitators, and anyone who accompanies others through change. Together we’ll slow the pace, listen beneath the noise, and reconnect with what steadies and sustains you in your work.
Through conversation and reflection with the Wayfinding Deck, we’ll explore boundaries, replenishment, and the quiet courage of staying open while holding space for others. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what’s yours to tend—and what you can finally set down.
Each participant receives a Wayfinding Deck, a companion you’ll use during the session and for ongoing reflection.
